What is the RSVP Deadline?

Please mail your given RSVP back no later than [Month, Date]. Exact counts and meal choices are necessary for catering and place setting.

Do we have plus ones?

Plus ones are indicated on invitations. Please confirm if you plan on bringing your allocated plus one and provide a name, so we can keep an accurate count and make your guest feel welcome.

Are children welcome?

Families are welcome by invitation.

Will there be drinks?

We will have an open bar, and ask that you please bring a valid form of ID if you plan on drinking.

What parking is available?

Valet parking will be provided at the venue at no cost. Please drive to the front of the building off of S. Bates St. to make use of the service.

Indoor or outdoor?

The ceremony will take place outside, under a fan-equipped tent. Cocktail hour will mingle between the outdoor patio and indoor halls. The reception will be indoors.

Accessibility?

The building has wheelchair accessible entrances and bathrooms, indicated by signage. Feel free to ask the Community House staff for assistance if needed.

Are there dietary restrictions?

The kitchen is able to facilitate any dietary restrictions. Please let us know ahead of time, so we can properly inform them.
